White still wine from indigenous grapes of Garganega grown among the hills of RoncĂ  (VR) with fruity hints, interesting freshness and a nice after taste.\n\n \n\nAbout the wine: Harvested by hand end of September / first ten days of October. full grapes are soft-pressed, we don't remove the stalks (Whole Cluster fermentation).\nThe fermentation comes in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts.\nWe add very low amounts of Sulfites.\n\nMaturation: it comes in stainless steel tanks with their yeasts.We do Batonnage, afterwards wine is aged in bottle for 6 months.\n\nTeknisk Spec
