Fermentation: For 15 days between 13-15 ° C.

Aging: Aged for 3 months with fine lees.

Tasting note: Color : Golden yellow, clean and bright.

Aroma : Very varietal with hints of white flowers, hints of exotic fruit and citrus tones. Taste : Fresh and with a great structure, greasy and ripe.
