GRAPES: 100% Sangiovese from the oldest vineyards
Alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the peels (25-30 days) at controlled temperature e spontaneous malo-lactic fermentation, both in truncated conical vats of Slavonian oak.
AGING:In Slavonian oak barrels from 10 to 32 hl for approx. 34-38 months; follows a refinement in the bottle of at least 6 months.
ON THE MARKET: January of the 5th year after the harvest.
NOTE:Color: intense ruby with garnet reflections.
Bouquet: ethereal, of red fruit and vanilla, persistent.
Taste: harmonious, with excellent tannins and structure, very persistent.
