100% pinot blanc, 20 to 30 year old vines cut in "guyot" during the first days of march vineyard.
Poorer clay-limestone soils on the portlandien plateau of the côte des bar, village of meurville. On such soils where the vines must naturally suffer for growth, viticulture practice provides remarkable fruit and juice typicality.
Working of the vineyard
Winter ploughing - etulage end of may harvest hand harvest in early september 2018 gentle pressing using a pneumatic press.
Vinification
Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in wood tank with ageing on the lees up to june 2019. Bottled in july 2019 using the traditional cork and clamp method during the second fermentation to continue with micro- oxygenation.

Disgorged in late july 2021 for the first 1100 nv bottles total production of 4100 bottles
