Cristiana Meggiolaro - Garganega/Durella/Pinot Bianco - BIANCO MAI - 2019

Vinification and aging: the grapes of Pinot Bianco are harvested around the middle of September, pressed whole without de-stemming, ferment in barrique and remain in contact with the indigenous yeast for 18 months in barrique.

The Garganega and Durella grapes are harvested at the end of September / first week of October, fermented with their own steel yeasts and remain on the lees for 6/7 months.

Then the wines are assembled and bottled, then aged for a period of 06 months before being put on the market.
