Grino is a mythological figure, but in some dialects of central Italy it is used to indicate two diametrically opposed things: a person of very high or very low "value". In short, a "phenomenon"!
It is an extravagant and controversial wine obtained from spontaneous fermentation with maceration of 3-5 days, not clarified, unfiltered and aged in concrete tanks for 8 months.
The little more than pink color gives it character. Spices and fruit prevail on the nose. The mouth starts round and ends with a nice final tannin. Spontaneous fermentation, aged in concrete. Proposed in the fun white one-liter bottle. Unfiltered wine.
