Like the Wine that is not red, it is produced from a set of old recovered native vines.
Maceration for 1 week. Aging in amphora and old wooden barrels. Unfiltered wine. No temperature control.
Organic/Biodynamic/Equivalent Total Sulphites: 45 mg/L
This wine is fermented spontaneously. Hand harvest in small beans . Fermented spontaneously , 5 days maceration. Aged two years in raw amphora and acacia oak, one year in bottle.
