Rosé wine produced from a drainage of two important vineyards. The contact with the skins is about a day, so that it can ferment with its own yeasts. This wine is aged in concrete tanks, uncleared and unfiltered wine.
The nose releases red fruits and spices, the mouth is fresh with a nice final tannin. Spontaneous fermentation, aged in concrete.
