The ancient semi-aromatic Nascetta vine (native to Langa) brings out a bouquet of flowers, honey and mountain herbs in the red soil of Lorraine. The vinification in 25hl Allier oak barrels adds complexity to its characteristic flavor.
It is not afraid of time, which discovers all its mineral note. In fact, with the evolution the nose evolves towards notes of hydrocarbons and flint and the mouth from fruity to salty.
