100% Tempranillo. Whole-bunch fermentation 100% in a used 500L open topped oak barrel. 12 months in a 300L used French oak barrel. One year in bottle aged in the cellar. Spontaneous fermentation. Nothing added except low dose sulphite. Not clarified or filtered. \n \nUnique and special edition of the winery.
