White still wine from indigenous grapes of Garganega grown among the hills of RoncĂ (VR) with fruity hints, interesting freshness and a nice after taste
About the wine: Harvested by hand end of September / first ten days of October. full grapes are soft-pressed, we don't remove the stalks (Whole Cluster fermentation).
The fermentation comes in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature and indigenous yeasts.
We add very low amounts of Sulfites.
Maturation: it comes in stainless steel tanks with their yeasts.We do Batonnage, afterwards wine is aged in bottle for 6 months.
