VallDolina Rosé

Very varietal with hints of small red fruits with a mineral touch. Fresh and endowed with great finesse. Long in the aftertaste.

Macerated for a few hours to extract the maximum aromatic potential and fermented for 17 days in a stainless steel tank at 15ºC.

Ideal to accompany starters, risottos, white meats, as well as pasta and fish with sauce.
