VallDollina "Uvala" white

Wine made with Xarel·lo from the “Mariano”, a 70-year-old, low-yielding vineyard with grape that boast a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, ideal for making the “orange wine” of the Uvala family. Harvested by hand, the grapes go from the vineyard straight to the red amphora where it ferments and rests for 5 months.


After aging it is pressed, after a few days it is bottled on a descending moon. This is a wine made with minimal intervention, without additives or preservatives. May present sediments.


The coherence in the work of the vineyard and the respect in each grape grain are naturally impregnated with the clay in its purest form.


Color: Golden color, although made as “Orange” it still has some greenish tone
