A pure cinsault. We named it that because we called this vine “l’Oeillade”, at the time it was used to produce table grapes. You will find aromas of fresh red and black fruits. A delicious wine for pleasure, to drink with grilled meats… (to drink).
Soil: Clay-Sandy. Permian 250 million years.
The red color is due to its richness in iron oxide.
Presence of basalt blocks (black stone) from the volcanoes surrounding the Salagou valley.
Grape varieties: 100% Cinsault.
