Mas des Chimères – Blanc 2021

A blended wine, vinified and aged on lees in 400l barrels. A rich and complex white that can be drunk as an aperitif but also accompany a meal: fish and white meats in sauce... and especially with cheeses such as Tomme de Brebis du Larzac!

Grape varieties: Terret, Viognier, Chardonnay, Grenache blanc, Carignan blanc, Roussane....

Harvest and vinification: The grapes were picked and sorted by hand in crates, so as not to

not damage them. All this early in the morning so that they arrive at the cellar in very good condition.


Then they are pressed and put into vats. Disturbed by the cold.

The White is vinified and aged on lees in 400L barrels for 10 months.

Yield: 25hl/ha.

Tip: serve 10 to 12°

Open it without hesitation 1 to 2 hours before, or/and decant it.
