Winemaking : traditional fermentation and maceration in concrete tank for 19 days with daily pump-overs and 5 punch-downs.
Aging : for 11 months, 2/3 in 228 liter- barrels of French oak (70% new oak), and 1/3 in stainless steel tank. Racking and blending in stainless steel tank for 2 months.
