Tasting Notes: Balanced power and concentration, with a complex aromatic freshness complemented by oxidative notes supported by a smooth acidity. Described as an emotionally captivating wine.


Vinification: Grapes are sorted, destemmed, and put into vats upon arrival at the cellar. Natural fermentations and gentle extraction. 70% of the blend is aged for 18 months in used demi-muids (large barrels). The rest is aged in concrete tanks.

Aging Potential: 20 years
