Vinification: Grapes are sorted, destemmed, and put into vats upon arrival at the cellar. They are then infused for about ten days.
Tasting Notes: Shows great smoothness on the palate with notes of strawberry and blackberry jam. Finishes with hints of gingerbread and figs.
