Tasting Notes: Silky and profound with a beautiful aging potential. Bouquet of stone fruits, fresh spices, hints of garrigue. In the mouth, there's a beautiful liveliness and lovely tannins that will integrate over the years in the bottle.

Profile: Northern Rhône Syrah style.


Service Temperature: Between 16 and 18 °C. Aging Potential: 10 to 15 years. Food Pairing: Fondue de filet mignon de biche.


Vinification: Grapes are harvested in the morning, sorted, destemmed, and put into vats upon arrival at the cellar. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentations start. 20-day infusion in concrete tanks. Aged for 12 months in old barrels.
