Profile: High-altitude Grenache, fresh and fruity balance.

Service Temperature: Between 16 and 18 °C. Aging Potential: 10 years. Food Pairing: Red meats, sauces, game, and cheeses.

Vinification: Grapes are sorted, destemmed, and put into vats upon arrival at the cellar. They are then infused for about fifteen days. 60% of the blend is aged for 12 months in old barrels. The rest in concrete tanks.
