Crémant de Loire Rosé

TASTING NOTES (by Didier Coutenceau - Oenologist): Appearance: Very attractive rosé hue with a fine effervescence and delicate bubbles. Palate: Fresh with a beautiful aromatic continuity.

VINEYARD: Region: Loire - Coteaux de l'Aubance Zone. Climate: Oceanic, with a north-westerly exposure. Soil: Colluvium on Ordovician alterations and weathering. Grape Variety: 50% Grolleau, 50% Pinot Noir. Average Age of Vines: 25 years. Yield: 74 hl/ha.

VINIFICATION: Harvest: Manual (in crates). Vinification: Traditional method. Ageing: In stainless steel tanks for 1 year, followed by 18 months on lees.
