This wine is produced from Sangiovese grapes harvested by hand in the vineyards of Caparsa. It represents the quintessence of Sangiovese di Radda in Chianti, without compromise.
Fresh, crisp and astringent, it magically accompanies typical Tuscan dishes: steak, roasts and stews, as well as cured meats and cheeses.
It can age in bottle for many years because of its good acidity and tannin characteristics.
