ALe Goty is smaller, only 7 rows, quite long : 24,90 ares, small production, only 1650 bottles for this cuvée.
The wines is younger, planted in the 80's by my father.
Winemaking process : 60% whole harvest and 40% destemmed harvest
20 days of maceration in concrete tank, 5 pigeages in the middle of the alcoholic fermentation and pumping over every morning and evening...
Aging in oak for 12 months, 50% new barrels, and 1 month in tank befor bottling.
Very pure, fresh, and fruity, more red berries, very elegant and smooth tanins. Well balanced.
