Description by producer: Maceration of musts for 14 to 20 days with brief and frequent pumping over;
after the alcoholic and malolactic fermentation is completed, the wine is kept in
botti for 30 months.
The color is ruby red and the aroma is fruity, intense and persistent with a flavor
harmonious, dry and velvety. Remarkably elegant.
