How the wine is made: "Grapes are manually picked and sorted by a selection table. After destemming and light chrushing grapes are vinified separatly in stainless steel tanks for 10-12 days at controlled temprature. After both grapes have had brief maceration in place in stainless steel for 12 days at controlled temprature the wines are mixed and aged in oak barrels for 4 months. Before final aging in bottle. "
