Vinmakare, Alex & Maria Koppitsch: "The grapes got partially destemmed and fermented naturally in stainless fiberglass vats. After 10 days we pressed the mash and the wine was pumped into 225L Barriques in the cellar.No temp. control at any stages of winemaking. The wines matured on gross lees for 22 months without any additives, without fining and without filtration."
