Thanks to the calcareous subsoil in Čejkovice, we are able to make very interesting wines of this traditional aromatic variety. For Traminer, the maceration time of grapes ranges from five to 50 days.
Dry aromatic wine, 14 days on pomace, 12 months on yeasts in oak barrels.
Total sulfites: 45 mg/l. Bottled without clarification and filtration.
Alc. 14%, sugar 0.4 g/l, acidity 4.0 g/l.
Vineyard: Niva hrbatá.
