The typical Riesling grape variety is discovered through its fruity and floral nose with citrus aromas
mainly, in a second stage of white flowers and with the guard of mineral notes. Its bouquet is expressive,
open and elegant. The mouth reveals citrus fruits and ripeness. Lightly smooth with a delicate and
iodized acidity
Pair with: Wine perfectly accommodating with the fish in stock broth or fried fish. It accompanies
very well with the classically Choucroute or it will be a perfect aperitif.
