"The grape varieties are fermented in steel separately. The Riesling sees 6 weeks of skin contact whilst the Muscat goes for two weeks. Following fermentation, they get racked and blended into a 1000L old oak foudre where the wine undergoes full natural malolactic fermentation over the course of a few months. Total elevage of one year. Bottled unfined, unfiltered, no added sulphites."
